I don't mind skipping breakfast or, sometimes, lunch, if that's the circumstances. Asians don't think so. Eating comes probably second in importance after family. It counts to have a proper breakfast and then lunch on time. Never dine alone.

If you eat it in the morning, you get enough water to make it during the hot time of the day, noodles as a source of carbohydrates and energy, fresh vegetables for health. Add some pork or beef and you'll be as strong, as it takes to work long and hard.
