Swimsuit, reinvented

When swimming in public places, most Asians are shy. It's mostly women that do not show any part of the body exposed, except face, neck, legs down from knees and lower arms.
It is not unusual to see a man dressed up and bathing.

Relaxed like a dog on the beach

One more child mauled by a bullterier or a rottweiler. Face torn to pieces, arm bitten off.
With an approximate frequency of one time per month, I was reading such news while being in Lithuania.

YAS — Yet Another Sunset

Over at Istockphoto, they don't need any photographs of sunsets & clouds. The reason: "Very pretty, but...".
I definitely agree. There needn't be any reason at all. Rising or setting sun is probably in 50% of all photographs ever made in this world.

Drowned under amount of work

Two fishermen have just finished the working day and are parking the boat on the shore. Very simple everyday sight, but looks like a painting. Notice the difference in color of water before and after the boat.

Pyramid construction for beginners

Those overseeing a construction project in Thailand, complain that Thai builders have a way of working, which does not always go in unison with quality or logic.
Take the Suvarnabhumi airport as an example, a grand project, ridden with planning and construction failures to the level of nationwide scandal.
